If you haven’t heard – the “babies” of our nation have a victory in Congress and are allowed to live, at least some of them.  Partial Birth Abortions have been banned nationwide.   Now, at least the babies that could live on their own outside a woman’s womb will not be murdered!

High Court Backs Abortion Procedure Ban

WASHINGTON (April 18) - The Supreme Court  upheld the nationwide ban on a disputed abortion procedure Wednesday, handing abortion opponents the long-awaited victory they expected from a more conservative bench.

The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that  Congress  passed and President Bush  signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman's constitutional right to an abortion.

I know God that we are suffering for our own weaknesses.  We are a prideful people and an arrogant people and a shameless people.  So I ask you Father to intervene in this useless War and bring peace to our nations.

You have said, Father, over and over “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land” 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV) 

I humbly ask you to help us Father, help us to collectively seek your face and turn to your ways.  I know that you will answer our prayers and I pray that we will begin, as your people, to depend on you again.  I thank you for your mercy and grace that is still upon us.  In your Son Jesus name - Amen.
