Looking for Truth

 Mission Impossible

I am on a mission - a mission impossible - doing the best you can do yet never being able to please someone who refuses to be agreeable.  I have been given a new assignment - and I accept.

As I said before - I now remember why I left home at 17 - and never returned...Who is this stranger that raised me and has turned into such a mean and unhappy person and is living with me now?  Actually she always was a mean and unhappy person but I could run away, and did.  I can't have any of her DNA?  There is nothing we agree on - nothing!  I say black, she says white - I say sweet - she says sour - I think my new mission is to solve the mystery of how I was kidnapped as a baby and sold to someone.  I doubt if she bought me - but I bet she would have traded something for me if she got me cheap and a good deal!   She was probably going to resell me for a up charge and then didn't for some reason - but what?  That must be it - because I have nothing of this woman inside of me - and she likes it that way.

I have hit upon a mystery and by golly I am going to investigate this while I have the chance. While she is here I am going to uncover my true identity - I will let you all know what I discover - but for now I have these clues to go by - and things to check out - She is a pack rat and throws nothing away, so I should be able to find some evidence somewhere.  I wonder who - what - when...

Until then - I accept this mission to find out who the hell this woman really is that is impersonating my unhappy Mother - She may be a Mother alright - but she can't be mine or She is pissed about something and taking it out on me just for her own enjoyment.  She does seem to like making me miserable because I see a little smurk each and everytime she kicks my shins -Yikes -

Ok - Where is that first clue hidden...

Love it or Hate it - but it could happen ...lol

Well, it’s been 10 days now and I have been pretty silent on the blog.  Let me explain…

My MOTHER is here staying at my house and I feel a bit tense to say the least.   I find I have become a new “bed & breakfast” in the Central California area…lol The idea (it was mine) of this arrangement is just for the “winter months” and then she will be going back to her home state and selling her house.   She will then move to this area and reside.

She lives in Utah and it snows there, a lot, and besides being what is called “snow bound” for the most part during the winter months.   She is also alone and that is not a good thing when you are almost 80.   Unfortunately, she is also strapped for winter expenses as heating goes sky high along with other things that just happen with our crazy economy, it really takes a toll on people who live on ”fixed” incomes – Yikes!  So to make it easier on both of us – I suggested that she come here – Actually it was the only way I could afford us both without going into the poor house myself– lol…

So my friends take a look at my generation and see and learn from us because the difference in our lives is now we have living at least 3 and actually most of us have 4 generations alive at the same time.  That is Us, our Kids, our GrandKids and the Great Grand Parents ( and some all live in the same house).  Oh my… It has become a generation of people who live longer than they used to because of improved health and medical inventions. So…- IF YOU DON’T PLAN FOR A LONGER LIFE…and ALLOW FOR THAT FINANCIAL SAVING to assist you – You will end up doing it all yourself…

Sharing your daily life, home, care giving, food, T.V., income and privacy with Your Mother or Father, or Sister or Brother, Father-in-law, Mother-in-law, or Uncle or Aunt … lol   - the moral of this story – YOU BETTER BE LOVING FRIENDS or YOU MAY BE LIVING WITH YOUR ENEMIES …lol

Oh Yah (one more thing)  … Now I remember Why I left home to begin with…lol (where is that remote)

 It could happen...

Honest Mortician

A man who just died is delivered to the mortuary wearing an expensive, expertly tailored black suit.

The mortician asks the deceased's wife how she would like the body dressed.  He points out that the man does look good in the black suit he is already wearing.

The widow, however, says that she always thought her husband looked his best in blue, and that she wants him in a blue suit.  She gives the mortician a blank check and says, I don't care what it costs, please, have my husband in a blue suit for viewing.

The woman returns the next day for the wake.  To her delight, she finds her husband dressed in a gorgeous blue suit with a subtle chalk stripe; the suit fits him perfectly.

She says to the mortician, 'whatever this cost, I'm very satisfied.  You did an excellent job and I'm very grateful.  How much did you spend?"

To her astonishment, the mortician presents her with the blank check.  "There's no charge," he says.

"No, really, I must compensate you for the cost of that exquisite blue suit!" she says.

"Honestly, madam," the mortician says, "It cost nothing.  You see, a deceased gentleman of about your husband's size was brought in shortly after you left yesterday, and he was wearing an attractive blue suit.   I asked his wife if she minded him going to his grave wearing a black suit instead, and she said it made no difference as long as he looked nice."

"So I switched the heads."

Prayer Chain - Whatever Works for You - Do it

Hi Everybody – This is a Prayer Chain Request.

I am not sure if you all have met Mistress Reba here on the blog but she is a person worth meeting.  Ever so wild and crazy – ever so in your face if she feels wronged by you – but ever so by your side if she finds you to be a friend.  She is my friend and SHE IS SICK and needs our healing thoughts.

She has some type of “Flu bug” that is just knocking her socks off and making her very ill.  She is also scheduled to have surgery within the next few weeks and needs to get her body under control and healed and this just is making it impossible for her to feel enough strength for the surgery.

So … I am asking for a Prayer Chain on “Reba’s” behalf.  Whatever your beliefs are would you please send prayers, good wishes, healing vibes her way.  I think together we can send up enough Positive Healing vibrations that she will notice the difference.

What do you think – stop by "Click here" and let her know that you are “Thinking of her and wishing her Healing Thoughts”.  I know if I were sick I would surely appreciate that gesture from any of you.

God bless you all and I love you and thank you in advance for your kindness. commentbaby.com
